Meet Camilla (Cami, Milla, or Millie for short), a sweet 6-month-old hound/shepherd mix looking for her forever home. Rescued at the last minute from euthanasia in New Mexico, Cami is now thriving in her foster home. She's an energetic and curious pup who loves to play, but also knows when it's time to chill out. Cami gets along great with other dogs and would do best in a home with canine siblings. She's made wonderful progress overcoming her difficult early experiences, but still startles easily with loud noises. Cami will need patient adopters willing to work through her shy nature with kindness - no yelling please! Housetrained and crate-trained, she's an angel at night. Cami is a licker who will happily give you "baths" and loves peanut butter. She walks great on a harness and her foster family says she has never shown any aggression.
