Hello, my name is Nancy I am a very sweet Chiweenie that had a rough start at life. I was abused and neglected and taught to be terrified of people. My rescuer was visiting a client when my owners saw her and asked her to take me, they didn’t want me and their landlord was threatening to evict them If she didn’t take me because they had too many dogs. I was never allowed inside the house I was never properly vetted, and I was a yelled at constantly. My rescuer said she didn’t have space for me but took me anyway because she could see how terrified I was. I ran right up to her and jumped in her arms and hopped in her car. I just knew she would help me get the second chance I so desperately wanted! I have been glued to her hip ever since I didn’t even mind the shots in the microchipping, as long as I was being held, and loved. I bond quickly with new people that show me kindness although when it’s time for me to do leash training, I freeze up 💔she doesn’t know exactly what I went through but I was abused with a leash💔 my perfect forever family would be a patient family or family that could show me love and kindness to help me understand that there are more good people in the world than bad people.
