Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Hank! This little cutie was born at a farm in northern Virginia - when his owner sold off his littermates, this little guy got left behind. Luckily for Hank, this meant he got sent to rescue.
Since transitioning into his foster home, he has been the best boy. He loves other dogs and takes corrections well. He's great with children, even if he doesn't realize his size. In true Labrador fashion, he likes to eat his toys - careful monitoring will need to happen to ensure he dosen't swallow them as he ages. His foster family has 0 complaints about him.
Here’s what his foster family has to say: “Meet Hank! Hank is a 6 month old Black Lab who is such a sweet and playful guy. He loves people and is very curious about the world so he will follow vou around everywhere you go. He is incredibly smart, a quick learner and eager to please. He will do anything you ask of him for a tiny training treat. He is almost fully house trained, but needs to be taken out often to prevent accidents. He is currently being bell trained to notify you if he needs to go out and it is working fantastic. He is still a work in progress on crate training but will have it down very soon. Hank does really well with other dogs but does not understand personal boundaries or read them very well. He is eager to play with everyone. He would thrive in a house with another dog willing to play with him. He has no real interest in small dogs or cats and does fantastic with his tiny Pomeranian foster brother. We have seen absolutely no aggression with him, he is an easy going pup with a sweet loving personality. He is big time toy lover so plenty of toy time is a must so he doesn't walk around the house stealing everything at his level.”
Hank has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He will come with 6 months of heartworm prevention, and 30 days of pet insurance for his new owners.
