Wayne's story began when he was found running the streets of Alabama, plagued by a severe skin infection that had left him without fur. Thanks to the dedicated care he received, Wayne has made an incredible comeback, now proudly showcasing a healthy coat of fur. Wayne's heart is as warm as can be, and he's ready to share his love and affection with everyone he encounters. While he's in the process of mastering basic training, Wayne's determination shines brightly. He's also diligently working on becoming kennel trained and mastering the art of leash walking. Wayne's friendly disposition knows no bounds; he's not only dog-friendly but also warmly welcomes strangers with his open heart and wagging tail. Wayne's journey from adversity to his current state of health and happiness is a heartwarming testament to the power of love and second chances. If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
