My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Lily! I am 1.5 yrs. old and I weigh 31 lbs. I am fostered in Danbury, North Carolina but easy, affordable transportation is available. I have a happy disposition and a submissive temperament. I am very loving and I like being with my people. I get along well with all the other dogs in my foster home, all ages and sizes. One of my favorite games to play with the other dogs is chase and taking turns playing keep away with the toys. I get along with cats and children. My previous owner had five young children. I enjoy being inside and outside and going for car rides. I have a medium energy level and I walk well on a leash. I have recently been groomed and my coat is so, so soft! I am house trained if taken out regularly. I don't bark much - just when the other dogs bark. I am ready and waiting to go to my new forever home. Belly rubs are a must!

I was surrender to the rescue by a young lady that thought that she would like to be a breeder. She changed her mind though before breeding me. I lived in the house with her other dogs and children.

I am spayed, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on my rabies and dhpp vaccines. A copy of my vet records will accompany me to my new home. Once an application is approved, the phone number to my foster will be provided.

Email is the best method of contact. Adoption applications can be found on the rescue website carolinacaninerescuenc.com
