Meet Ozzie! Ozzie is a playful 2.5 year old male. Ozzie was rescued from a local motel where the residents were feeding him. He loves pets and likes to snuggle on his own terms. He will make it known when he wants attention as he will jump and head bump your hands or will rub against you. Ozzie loves his wet food and acts as if he is starving all the time. (Don’t let him fool you!) He will be right beside you as soon as you grab the wet food container meowing like crazy. Ozzie will jump and play fight with your feet or legs if they are covered especially if he has the zoomies in the middle of the night. He loves toys especially if they make noise when he swats at them. He plays with anything he can.

Ozzie will hide at first, he is shy around new people. He likes to have a safe space where he can go if he is scared or just wants to nap in peace. He doesn't like his paws touched which makes it a challenge to trim his nails. You may need someone to help with this job from time to time. Ozzie likes sitting and watching out the window. If you're sitting or laying on the couch you can usually find him laying on the floor right beside you. Ozzie is good with the other cats in his foster home and would do best in a calmer, more established home that will give him the love and time he needs to adjust to a new setting. Once adjusted, he will be a wonderful companion who will make you smile.
