While we're waiting for better photos and videos, we didn't want to waste one more minute trying to find Woody the loving home he deserves. Woody is a very sweet mini-Aussiedoodle, the last of a litter bred by a kind but uneducated person who didn’t fully understand that puppies need more than love to grow. Woody got his share of love from his first family, but he didn’t receive the other things he needs: the socialization and finer things in life that we hope our dogs receive. So he's in need of a professional grooming, and he'll do well with a crash course in “puppy manners”, like learning not to jump up on people with friendly exuberance, gaining confidence with new people, and learning basic obedience like Sit and Stay and let's walk nicely on the leash! He's sweet and submissive, and just needs some patience as he gets used to his new home. He’s a truly wonderful and loving boy who will be so grateful for a loving family who’s ready for a HUGE amount of love back!!
Woody is about 5 months old, he weighs 25 pounds, and he is a very healthy fullbred Aussiedoodle. He has happily lived with other dogs and is great with all the people he's ever met, but he is a little shy on first meeting which is so funny because he can barely contain his excitement at meeting new people!! He just craves attention! He hasn't lived with cats but we think he'll learn to accept whoever is in his pack. Woody is arriving October 21.
