My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Roy! This shy guy is estimated to be about 12 years old. He is looking for a quiet home without children, where he can relax. He does take time to warm up to new people, but once he does, he is a total love bug. He has previously lived with other cats, but we suggest taking introductions slowly and allowing time to adjust. **Roy is currently residing in our Adoption Counselor's office, not on the adoption floor, so please ask how you can meet with him!

If you are interested in adopting, please visit The Women's Animal Center to fill out an application in person. We cannot accept any applications online or through email, and we cannot hold any specific animal for a potential adopter.
You DO NOT need an appointment to walk through our shelter, so please stop by any time during our adoptions hours.
You MUST follow the guidelines for our adoption process listed on our website (https://womensanimalcenter.org/our-animal-shelter/adoption-process-fees) to be able to meet and adopt one of our cats.
As long as the animal you are interested in still has an active photo on our website, they are still at the shelter and available!
