Reba is a shy but loving girl that is looking for the home that brings out her playful side. We know its in there but she is so scared here at the shelter to let loose. She likes butt scratches, treats, and kisses.

If we had to pick a Reba Mcentire quote that we thinks she would agree with it would be "I don't think quanity time is as special as quality time with your family."

Our adoption fees range from $35-$125, which includes a microchip. If the dog/cat is not vaccinated or spayed/neutered before adoption, you have 30 days to set appointment and return paperwork to WCHS. We also require a copy of your drivers license to attach to your adoption file.

We are 1 of 3 Humane Society AND Animal Control facilities in the state of Illinois. We are a private organization that is contracted with our county and several localities within our county to provide animal control services. We have 2 full time employees and 2 part time employees that care for our furry friends daily.
