My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Puppy River arrived into foster care after being rescued from living in a car in 110 degree weather. At just two days old, she and her 11 siblings were bottle fed until they were old enough to eat on their own and then old enough to be adopted into their forever homes.

River is currently 4-1/2 months old. She and her siblings are Belgian Malinois and terrier mix. She weighs about 13 pounds and is expected to be around a 25-pound dog.

River is a very smart girl and very athletic. She would thrive with an active family who is happy to have her involved in all of their activities! River is leash trained and knows how to sit when asked. Even though she is still just a pup, she is already 95% potty trained, and will pee on a pee pad if not able to get outdoors. River is happiest with other dogs, and would do best in home with another dog. She seems comfortable with children.

River is not a SacRDR rescue dog. He is being fostered by a dear friend, who is an independent rescuer. We fully back her and her dogs.
