My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Hazel. I was brought to Big Dog Ranch from another rescue in Broward County in hopes that I would find my FUR home. I have enjoyed my time here at the Ranch but it's been over a year and somehow people seem to just overlook this little lowrider. I can be a little standoffish when you first meet me but after a scratch behind the ear and a tummy rub I am all yours. I love toys and games, and I enjoy playing in the yard and getting some good pats from my good friends that care for me here at the Ranch. I love to explore in the yard and might chase a little critter every now and again. I LOVE going on walks and am getting better and better with my leash manners.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
