-Favorite things: Oh, definitely snuggling with my people. I can't get enough love! I also love being outside, but after playing, it's back to the couch for me! A lady needs her beauty rest.
- Personality: I'm as sweet as sugar but also a protector of my family.
- Other dogs: I do well with my foster siblings but need a slow introduction to new friends. Trust takes time! I would do fine in a home as the only dog.
- Cats: I currently live with several cats. I tolerate them, but we mostly ignore each other. It's best if we are supervised when together.
- Kids: I love kiddos! I'm not super energetic, so I get along great with kids of all ages.
- Why you'll fall in love: My past was not so great, so I make sure to soak up every day of the good life. I don't take anything for granted. Every ear scratch, every nap, every snuggle is something to be cherished. I can't wait to spend the good life with you! Do you think I could be the one for you? Please apply to adopt me!

The Street Dog Project is comprised of a small group of volunteers who are passionate about saving street dogs in Dallas, TX. The majority of our team was previously heavily involved at another local street dog rescue but left for various reasons over the years. We wanted to save more lives so "got the band back together". We are an experienced team of rescuers, operating under a new name.
We have a lot of experience capturing elusive street dogs and helping them adjust to life in a loving home.
The dogs are taken to the vet upon rescue so they can be examined, dewormed, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (and treated if positive) and attend to any other medical needs. Life on the streets is tough so a lot of the dogs we take in have beyond basic medical needs. Heartworm, mange, leg and eye injuries are some of the most common medical conditions we encounter.
We are an all-volunteer organization and rely on donations to save lives. Donations can be made by clicking the "donate now" button on our Facebook page or visiting www.thestreetdogproject.org. Thanks for your support!
