My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Betty & Wilma! Betty and Wilma (estimated to be 12 months old by vet) have left Bedrock and are visiting the star-studded Palm Springs with the other VIPs while they wait for their forever home. These two came into rescue as a bonded pair of litter mates, very dependent upon each other. Their foster mom has been getting them the groceries they needed to regain their weight and has been working with them individually to determine if they should be kept together or could be adopted individually. Mom’s conclusion is they could be adopted individually as long as there was another dog for them to be friends with, but together would be great. Foster mom says that they are doing very well now. They were both spayed and incisions have healed nicely. They are both very human and dog friendly, and love their attention. Both are very active and playful and enjoy their water play. Betty is now the larger of the two. She is calm, sweet, and loving. Wilma is still working on her house training and can be a little bit of a stubborn attention hog. Foster mom continues to work with them on their leash manners. Considering these two were strays, left to their own devices, and never had any training, they are fast learners with their training and will make a great addition to any family. Is that you? Each girl has an adoption fee $600All rescues in the care of Dogue de Bordeaux Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and micro chipped before being placed into their adoptive home. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. Dogue de Bordeaux Rescue does NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information email us.
