Bulla's journey has been one of resilience and hope. Rescued from Abaco, Bahamas, he made the journey to Big Dog Ranch Rescue in March 2022, yearning for that elusive forever home. When he arrived, his foot bore the scars of a severe infection that nearly cost him his limb. Having spent a significant part of his life as a street dog, fending for himself, Bulla found solace and care at the ranch, but his heart aches for a loving home of his own. He's a sweet and playful companion, cherishing cuddles and a game of fetch. With a calm and relaxed demeanor, Bulla adapts to any family. Already leash-trained and well-behaved in his room, he might even suit apartment living if allowed due to his size and breed resemblance. Bulla dreams of joining a family this Fall, ready to shower them with appreciation and kisses. After some time at the ranch, he may benefit from additional training, and Big Dog Ranch offers a free training session to ensure a pawsitive start to his new life.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
