My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi!  My name is Diamond...I think that is because my coat is so white.  My Foster Mom says that I have a slight blush of apricot color on my head, ears and down my back...but I think you must look carefully to see that.  Anyway...I am one year old, I love people, playing in the back yard and just want to be loved back.  I am full of energy, but I am learning some good things like 'sit'. I do that well whenever given the sign or if a treat is offered.  I love toys and just jumping around.  Mom says I pull on the leash too much, but I am just so happy to be out on a walk -  I'll get better at that with practice.  I’m crate trained, and my mom said I was sooooo good last night and settled right down...honestly, the great bully-stick she gave me helped.  It gave me something to chew on for a while, so I could settle down quickly.

Diamond is a beautiful, bi-eyed, (she noted her coat-color above), a slender 40 pounds, very happy puppy that just needs training and attention.  She is smart and wants to please and to be around people and other dogs. Diamond travels quietly in a car (she was crated). In the house she is polite but curious about everything...responds well to me saying ah-ah, about things to not touch.  Access to small prey animals like chickens should be avoided as Diamond was taken to the Shelter for finding a neighbor's chicken.  Though a good fence (a necessity for any Husky) could likely have prevented this event.

Just love and train her and she will melt your heart – even though she is snowy-white!  A perfect way for both of you to start the new year!

She is a spayed Female, 12 months old, Housetrained, Lead Trained, good with Large Dogs, has Rabies vaccinations, has DHLPP vaccinations, microchipped.
