After his beloved owner sadly passed away Cubby, our 5-year-old gentle giant came into our care on 8/28 with his friend, Callie. Their worlds were turned upside down, and he is struggling with shelter life after years in a loving home. Cubby is a sweet and calm companion. A friend of his owner says: "When you say 'I love you', Cubby would say 'ahhh rrhhuu rhuu' very exaggerated and rub his head on you. It really sounds like 'I love you'! lol ❤️ He also likes dripping or running water, is good with nail clipping and with the vet. He enjoys being petted, and occasionally, he gives 'love bites,' a unique trait some cats use to communicate affection. Cubby will be an ideal couch potato, a TV-watching buddy, and a soothing presence brightening your days.
