Introducing Orson! This adorable boy traveled all the way from the streets of Turkey where our rescuer found him as a stray. Now he is enjoying the Southern California weather and has become a California dog. Orson is a 2 year old, medium sized English Setter mix weighing approximately 33 pounds. He is so sweet and playful! Orson is currently in a foster home with another dog friend from Turkey. He has settled in nicely and now ready for his adoptive home.
Orson is an incredibly happy and playful dog. He loves his people and enjoys tons of play with other dogs. Orson will require another playful dog in his adoptive home to lead his happiest life. He enjoys greeting all people and dogs. Orson was cat tested in Turkey and does fine with them. Whether it's a walk, toys, or playing with another dog Orson is always ready for anything! He is learning to walk nicely on leash and mellows out after exercise, enjoying naps on furniture.
Orson's foster mom says he's just a sweet and wonderful boy! He has been a fantastic house guest. Orson quickly learned the routine of his foster home and where to go potty. He enjoys having a backyard and frolicking outside. Orson is smart and enjoys most treats (beef liver) so training will be easy. His foster mom says he can be a little picky with dog food but he may have learned that he can hold out to get some chicken on top ;-)
