My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Talulah, a sweet, curious, and friendly feline who's always up for a game of chase-the-crinkly-toy. She's a pro at making every moment a photo op with her playful antics. She's not just about fun and games, though. Talulah is also the perfect companion for quiet moments when all you need is a comforting purr. She's curious about the world around her, making every day an adventure. Talulah's friendly nature makes her a great fit for any home. Her sweetness is bound to melt your heart, while her playful side will keep you entertained. Adopt Talulah, and let her bring joy and companionship to your life. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, FIV/FeLV negative and has been microchipped.

More about this shelter

Dixie Adoptables is a 501c3 rescue, operating the Lucedale Animal Shelter in Lucedale, MS. We travel up to the north monthly with all of our adopted pets.
Dixie Adoptables is one of many shelters working to get animals out of the area where shelters are always full, and adoptions of the sweet babies are hard to come by. We are grateful to every person that chooses to adopt and give a home to a loving animal, whose only fault was being born in a part of the country where their value is underappreciated and spay/neuter is done far too infrequently.
