My story

Meet Cosmo!

This 11 week old pup was found in dire circumstances, underfed and dehydrated. Together with his siblings Dahlia and Marigold, he is now safe with our foster families. 

We're not sure what his breed mix is but he has a boxer look to him. More than likely there is a lot of DNA mixed together. He will be medium in size when full grown - likely around 50 lbs. He's just a little guy now though! 

From his foster mom:

Cosmo is such a sweet and affectionate puppy. He is very content hanging out with us inside or out on the deck. He goes in his crate when he is ready for a rest. He LOVES people and is so happy to see everyone. He likes to be held like a baby and I am sure he is hoping to be a lap dog! He has gotten pretty good at fetching his toys and he loves belly rubs. He likes other dogs and wants to play and be close to them. He is cautious around new noises and will get in his crate if he gets nervous, but he is mostly comfortable and confident in his environment. He whines in the crate for a minute when we leave but is otherwise a pretty quiet pup (other than snoring)! He is doing great with pottying outside and has only had a few accidents. He is overall a happy, sweet, cuddly puppy. 

Cosmo has an oddly short tail - probably a small birth defect. For hygiene purposes we will need to dock his tail when he gets neutered around 8-9 months of age. 

Cosmo is vaccinated and chipped. He will be neutered at our cost when he is a bit older. His adoption fee is $495
