Magnolia is a sweet happy 10 year old tan and white Cocker Spaniel with beautiful blue eyes. She’s always smiling! Maggie as we call her came to SOCKS via Florida Panhandle Animal Shelter. She was microchipped but her family never responded. She is spayed. She had a fatty mass when she came in and it was removed and her teeth were cleaned. She is a bit chunky for her size. She is in a foster home with another dog Erica and 2 cats. She enjoys their company. Her foster family has her on an appropriate diet and she gets walks at least once a day for 30 min. The weight is coming off. She loves to snuggle and with a little assistance can get on the sofa. Maggie can’t wait to be your new family member. 2. WE DO CHECK VET REFERENCES AND YOUR CURRENT PETS MUST BE UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS, HEARTWORM TESTING AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE OF HW PREVENTION.
3. ALL DOGS AND CATS IN YOUR HOME MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED.
4. IF WE DO NOT KNOW A DOG’S HISTORY WITH CHILDREN WE WILL NOT ADOPT TO A FAMILY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.
5. ADOPTIONS ARE NOT DONE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. WE WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS AND THEN SCREEN ALL AND CHOOSE THE BEST MATCH.
6. WE WILL NOT SET UP MEET AND GREETS UNTIL YOU HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION. TRANSPORTATION TO A MEET AND GREET IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POTENTIAL ADOPTER.
