My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am Rehoming our 2 year old Red Heeler named Loxley. We recently had a baby and I just don’t have the time to give him the care that he deserves. Loxley is a really good boy. He loves to please his humans and loves to give and receive affection. He can get a bit excited and forget his manners sometimes but when reminded, he quickly corrects himself. He gets along with cats and other dogs when introduced slowly. Loxley can ride pretty good in the car but he does get car sick so it helps if you crack a window and he can see out of the window.

Loxley is not a typical Heeler because he doesn’t have loads of energy. He’s great for walks but if you’re looking for a true cattle dog Loxley is not it. Loxley is crate trained and loves having his own little space. He knows several commands like sit, lay down, stay, leave it, gentle, slow, inside, get busy(which means go potty), up, and off.
