My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐶 Meet LL, the coolest 8-year-old Boston Terrier, just like LL Cool J! LL is in search of a very special forever home.

Tragically, his family lost everything in a devastating fire and had to rehome their beloved Boston Terriers. LL, who had always lived with other dogs, was a cherished family member for 8 wonderful years.

🦴 LL is a laid-back, easygoing guy who knows how to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. He's great with other dogs, kids, and we suspect he'd be perfectly fine with cats too. He radiates an aura of calm and love.

💧 LL adores walks, especially when they involve water. He'll gladly make a beeline for puddles and dive right in, just for the pure fun of it! Watching him embrace the joy of puddle-diving is like seeing LL Cool J perform one of his legendary on-stage stunts.

🤣 LL's antics can be compared to LL Cool J's famous humor – he's got a knack for making you smile, just like the rapper himself! Whether puddle jumping or rolling around, LL is a master of adding laughter to your life.

🌼 Unfortunately, LL has a slow-spreading cancerous mass, is not a candidate for surgery. But that doesn't stop him from being the gentle, affectionate dog he is. He's a living example of resilience and strength.

🏡 If you can offer LL the forever home he deserves, one where puddle-diving is not just allowed but encouraged, reach out and let this incredibly cool and fun-loving pup be a part of your family. 💙🐶

More about this rescue

Anarchy Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation was founded in December of 2010, out of need and desire to help address two major animal crises in this country - unwanted adoptable pets and the mistreatment and abuse of animals due to puppy mills. Our goal is to find good, loving homes for as many pets as we can take in, care for medically, and place in responsible homes. After years of working in various animal shelters, fostering and volunteering with local rescue groups, we decided the time has come to do on our own what we do best - save lives! Every year millions of homeless adoptable pets are surrendered to kill shelters across the country. The majority of those animals are put to death due to overcrowding of these shelters. This overcrowding is caused by people purchasing animals from pet stores or breeders and not spaying or neutering their pets. Every time a person buys a pet or allows their pet to breed, perfectly adoptable dogs and cats are killed in a shelter. It is a vicious cycle and can only be stopped with education, outreach and adoption. If everyone adopted their pets from shelters or rescue groups, there would be less euthanasia in our city pounds. When shelters are overcrowded we are called in to help. By us taking shelter pets into our rescue, we open up kennel space so the shelters have room for other animals that are coming in, which results in less animals being put to sleep.
