My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Guppy is the mam of our Fish kittens and also the mama of Hush. She is good with cats but would prefer a home that had no more than 1-2 cats already there. She would also be good in a home as the only animal. Dogs are scary to her so a no dog home is needed. She has really started to come out of her shell over the last little bit. She loves to be pet and brushed but is not a cat that likes to be held. She loves to look out the window and watch what is happening out there. She would be in heaven if she had access to a catio.

Once you have found a dog or cat that you think will be a match for you and your family we ask that you go to the adoptables tab of our website and send in an adoption application
Keeping in mind that our rescue is ran by volunteers we will only be contacting the applications that are a great match with one of our animals

Once we have processed the application we will contact references and the applicant. If the application is approved we will then set up a time to meet the animal Once everything has been completed we will schedule an adoption day. This will all depend on the age of the animal and if it still needs to be neutered/spayed. None of our animals will be released to their new home until they are spayed or neutered.

Please Note: We require our adopters to have a fenced yard (unless you live in a condo) and to be over the age of 18. All renters need to provide Landlord consent before their application can be processed

Our Story

It is my passion to help homeless, neglected and abused animals. I have been working in Calgary and area trying to help as many of these animals as I can by supporting families in my target community outside the city and here in Calgary, along with feeding many homeless dogs and cats.

With the support of my family and friends and their donations I have been able to start up this small rescue to help as many as I can.
