Awwwoooooo! Thats just Lucia saying hello! This sweet, approximately 3-4 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound loves to run and romp, so ideally her forever home will have a big backyard for her to do just that. Saved from a rural shelter, her foster mom describes her as, "Seriously the sweetest, most loving angel!!! " She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and being treated for HW by the rescue. She is crate trained, walks well on leash and loves to play, so she would do well in a home with other dogs. Lucia also excels at giving hugs, so please only apply if you want/need hugs from a sweet hound dog! Please apply for her at apply.neshamarescue.org

Our mission is to promote the rescue and adoption of companion animals, with a focus on senior and special needs pets. We believe every soul has intrinsic value and we seek to help communities see that value to create a kinder world.
