Meet Sushi. This 1 year old, 40 pound, petite, mixed breed girl is a happy, sweet, snuggly, girl looking for her forever home! She was an unclaimed stray that is very well behaved. She was found in TIppecanoe County a couple of months ago.
Sushi knows some basic commands, is a good car rider, loves chew toys, and absolutely loves water! She loves to snuggle in bed with her people and prefers to be under the covers. She is a quick learner, smart, and obedient. Sushie is house trained and crate trained. Sushi has been around kids and has done great. We are unsure how she would do with cats. She did not do well meeting another dog. We believe Sushi would thrive as an only pet.
Special thanks to the ladies who helped care for her and get vetting complete. She is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. We are a rescue/ rhoming service that provides education and assistance for owners in our community to keep pets in their home. When that is not an option or we come across animals in need, we will take them into our foster-based program, work with them, seek all necessary vetting, and find them the perfect home.
