Here's what the humans have to say about me:
THIS POST WILL BE REMOVED WHEN THE DOG IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. INQUIRIES ABOUT THE ADOPTION STATUS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
Tish is a 3 year old purebred Norwich Terrier looking for a loving home. She is very sweet, a little shy, but make progress in the socialization department. Tish is doing well in the house training department when kept on a schedule and learning to walk on a leash. Tish is kennel trained and sleeps all night without accidents or making a fuss.
Tish loves other small dogs and will require a canine companion in her new home. The outdoors provides much joy and enrichment to her senses and a securely fenced yard, where she can sniff and snoop to her heart's desire, is a firm requirement. Due to her shyness, homes with children over the age of 10 will be preferred.
Tish will be spayed and up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested for fecal parasites and heartworm prior to adoption.
The suggested adoption donation for Tish is a minimum of $700 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise. Please note, invisible or underground fencing is not considered secure or appropriate containment. Adoption applications can be found at www.wagntrainterrierrescue.com/adoption-information
