My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful creature is Chase, a 6 year old male German Shepherd. He is available for adoption at the North Kingstown Animal Shelter. Chase was surrendered to the shelter due to difficult circumstances in his owner's lives. It was not an easy decision for them to make. Chase's ideal adopters will have experience with shepherds and are savvy about the breed. According to his previous owner, Chase is good with other dogs but a meet and greet with a potential adopter's dog would be required. Chase is a big guy, weighing in at just over 90lbs, so he may not be the best fit for households with very young children. We do not know how he would do living with a cat or other small animal.
Chase enjoys exploring and investigating all the smells and he is a connoisseur of snacks! He greatly prefers company over being alone so a home where someone works from home would be wonderful!
