My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes:
I have been calling this little guy Brio. It sounds a bit tougher than Brioche Bun but he is really a cutie. He is a medium sized dog that is easy to handle. He loves his owner and wants to be near them. He is full of surprises and eager to learn skills and tricks. He has picked up a few pretty easily and ready to learn more. He is an aggressive chewer but does not bite. And he is addicted to peanut butter on his licking pad. He get mesmerized by the appearance of the brightly colored pad. He is joy on the leash. No tugging or running, He waits for you to put on his collar and out he goes.

He loves to climb in your lap and curl up into a ball. He sleeps soundly through the night. He does not jump up on people. He does not run too much. He does not mind riding in the car and lays down and falls asleep after a short while.

Brio has some stranger danger when in his safe space (in the home) but he is happy & excited to meet new people while outside and walking.

Brioche Bun was emaciated when he came into the shelter. His appetite is great and he and been slowly & safely gaining weight in his foster home. Interested adopters should be prepared to continue his feeding schedule so he can continue making progress.
