My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abby is a sweet, quiet, affectionate, playful, cuddly , little gal. She will make a great pet. Not so much with cats. She loves children but is pretty energetic for young children.
She is good with everybody . She scans as a Hanover Hound mix but is smaller. She would make a great companion for anyone. She would be very loyal to her human. Up-to-date on everything and she has been spayed. Please complete our application so we can send you more info on her.

Go meet their pets

Our available pets are on Adopt-a-Pet and our Facebook page: Stray Hearts Animal Rescue@strayheart.org
Visitors can also see the life-saving work we do in the heart of Eastern KY in Appalachia.

Since we are in a rural area, in order to reach more adopters, and save more lives, we offer transports to Lexington and other cities and areas in KY. Pets are s/n and vetted. If
the adoption does not work out, we will always take the pet back.
