My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is the cutest little bugger you can find. We were informed of this 8 month old shitzu that had Parvo symptoms and his owner could not care for him or vet him. Off to the rescue we were. We promptly hospitalized Rocky and he has had a long week towards recovery. He is now holding down food and water so we know he is healing. He has been in Isolation and on IV for 7 days at our vets and we hope to be able to have him out soon. Foster and adoption is available. Contributions are welcome to help cover his week in the hospital.
we are not sure of his true personality as he was ill when we met him but as he has been doing better - he is reportedly very sweet and gentle.
Somethings you need to know about Parvo. Although he will be 100% better soon, the virus can live in the pet for 1 -2 months more so he cannot simply be put into mix of dogs or cats because of fear of spread of disease. Of course your other pets must be vaccinated for Parvo also.
