My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I'm Melanie!

Did you know I've been enrolled at Charm School since May 2022? The teachers here can't believe it either! I first came to Kitty Bungalow with my sister and our kittens! The KB teachers worked super hard to get us healthy again and the 2 of us really helped each to be the best moms we could be! My kittens have all since graduated, so I hoping someone will take a chance on me!

My foster says I love my furry foster sibling but she doesn't seem to want to play with me as much as I do her, oh well! She says I'm like her little shadow! I would do best in a home with someone who wants to play too! I know I may be the shy kid in class but if you're willing to spend some time and get to know me, I promise it's worth it!

Since I'm currently in foster care, fill out an adoption application or email Adoptions@Kitty bungalow.org to learn more about me or to schedule a meet and greet with me.

More about this rescue

Kitty Bungalow specializes in taking feral kittens from hiss to home and provides life-saving services for LA's community cats.

As a feral cat rescue and socialization facility, we focus our attention on the most vulnerable of felines -- feral cats and kittens. Weekly volunteers and foster families, who use force-free socialization techniques, take street cats from 'hiss to home'. Each year, through TNR and Working Cat programs, we place a thousand feral cats in safe locations and intake hundreds of feral kittens. As a 501c3, we rely on community donations and support. Only through working together can we continue to offer life-saving services to LA's abandoned cats and kittens.

Please consider donating, volunteering, or adopting to support our mission.
