Meet Catrina!
Catrina and her five kittens were found outside at a water treatment center in New Jersey. Her kittens will be up for adoption shortly and now Catrina is ready to be adopted herself!
Catrina is thought to be a little over one year old and is a beautiful calico with green eyes. She is extremely friendly and will greet you as you come in the door. She loves rub downs, chin and back scratches, and being spoken to and doted on. Like most little ladies, Catrina loves having her hair brushed and stroked, and she doesn't even mind getting the occasional manicure! She enjoys being cuddled, given a lap or a bed to lounge on, and even being picked up and held in your arms!!!
Catrina has been a great mama and takes great care of her babies, but she also enjoys getting attention herself. She absolutely loves ALL attention and will follow you around the house like a dog just to be near you. This quiet girl also loves to have a cozy place by a window where she can enjoy the sights outside.
Catrina is spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, and up-to-date with all vaccines. It would be wonderful if she could be adopted into her own furever home. This petite, beautiful mama is too affectionate and friendly to spend her life outdoors. She needs, and deserves, to be the Queen in a house where she will be loved and safe!
Although Catrina does well with other cats (and even the resident dog when given a proper introduction), she will also do well as the only pet in the home. We will also give priority to applicants wanting to adopt Catrina with one of her kittens.
