Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FALL FOR AURORA
Aurora, a lively German Shepherd mixed pup with a spirit as radiant as the celestial lights she's named after. Aurora's journey began with SNARL when she was just 8 weeks old, and she quickly captured hearts with her zest for life and irresistible charm. At 12 weeks, she embarked on what was believed to be her perfect forever home.
However, circumstances have brought Aurora back to the search for a new home through no fault of her own. Her youthful exuberance and boundless puppy energy became overwhelming for her previous family, who regrettably lacked the resources to provide the necessary training for her to reach her full potential.
It's heartening to note that Aurora, under the care of her foster mama, has made remarkable progress. She's been socializing with other dogs at dog parks and has shown no signs of food aggression or toy aggression. She's a small but spirited pup who is incredibly affectionate and loves to snuggle.
One of Aurora's earlier challenges included displaying food aggression towards another dog in her previous home, a not uncommon behavior in young puppies learning to navigate life. However, her time with her dedicated foster mama has brought about a remarkable transformation. She now exhibits no signs of food aggression; in fact, her foster mama can confidently place her hand near Aurora's food without any issues, a testament to her progress. Aurora's warm and friendly nature also extends to her interactions with toys, as she shows no signs of aggression in that regard.
Aurora is seeking a family that understands her youthful nature and the need for training and structure, while also being ready to shower her with love and receive endless kisses in return.

More about this rescue
Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
