Lucy is our stunning, tuxedo girl! She was found bony and begging for help. She is now round and full of spirit. Lucy is brave and smart. She likes to keep active and she likes a challenge like how to get out of her foster room so she can take over the house and get the rightful attention she deserves from her foster parents. Lucy can play rough and is frisky. She does listen when you tell her to stop and she goes to refocus and think of other things to do.
