Meet Rascal, a 5-month-old Pug/Shitzu mix. His favorite things to do are stealing toys from his foster siblings, playing with squeaky toys, and chasing his foster sister. Rascal is a quirky little boy with a big personality, and he’s looking for a home where he can be the center of attention. He was dumped twice in the streets of Kissimmee, and all he wants is to play and be loved. He is good with other dogs and kids.
