My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm Zoe, a charming calico cat with a heart full of love. I'm on the lookout for my forever home, and I come with a bonus - my delightful sister Ziggy! We're a dynamic duo, inseparable and ready to bring double the joy to your life.

I'm the sweet and affectionate one, always ready for cuddles and chin scratches. My calico coat is not just beautiful; it's a reflection of my vibrant personality. Ziggy and I share a special bond, and we're hoping to find a loving adopter who can keep us together. We promise to fill your home with purrs, playfulness, and endless love.

If you're looking to add a pair of adorable feline friends to your family, we're the perfect match. Come meet us, and let's create a lifetime of happy memories together! Adopting us means twice the love, twice the joy, and twice the purrfection. Can't wait to meet you

Go meet their pets

Due to COVID-19, we are not currently holding in-person adoption events. Most of our cats are in foster homes and we are doing virtual meet-and-greets with them.

We also have adoptable cats at our two partner cat cafes – CatCafe Lounge (https://www.catcafelounge.com/) in West Los Angeles and Cat Therapy (https://www.cattherapysb.com/) in Santa Barbara. You can make a reservation on their websites, or we can arrange a meeting by appointment once you have filled-out our application and spoken to our team.

More about this rescue

Stray Cat Alliance is a non-profit organization focused on educating and empowering communities to advocate for every cat’s right to be safe, healthy, and valued. Everyday, our team works to save the helpless lives of kittens and cats by providing: spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return (TNR), adoptions, wellness care, medical care, and community shelter support. Our goals are to:

-Eradicate cruelty toward cats through advocacy, rescue, and education.
-Find loving forever homes for cats and kittens taken in through all of our programs.
-Help shelters transform from executioners to safe havens for cats by implementing SCA’s life-saving policies and procedures.
-Educate the community about the plight of free‐roaming cats and empower people to take action to stop population growth through spay and neuter.
-Create and sustain a No-Kill Nation by mentoring other communities to become no-kill through our grassroots programs.

Stray Cat Alliance envisions a time when all cats are valued and safe whether in homes or communities, and when shelters serve as temporary safe havens.
