This is Poppy, affectionately known as Pop Tart, who came to LTR needing some TLC. Poppy is estimated to be a 3 year old shitzu, and is spayed, microchipped and up to date on shots.

Now, about Poppy. She is a snuggler, loves to burrow right into your hip bone with a blanket. You will never be alone. She likes to bark when someone walks by, let’s them know she is charge. She is good off leash and is not a fan of the leash - at all. She comes when called.

She is good with big dogs and loves to play, good with kids too and doesn’t even mind wearing the occasional sweatshirt to humor the humans. She has not been around cats. Maybe, maybe not. She would be best with someone who is home more than not. She does not like to be alone. She is potentially a cat trapped in a dogs body due to her napping schedule. Not into toys much but single socks are her jam.
