Hi everyone, my name is Terrance! I'm around 8 years old and proudly sport a lab mix look, weighing approximately 75lbs.
Let me tell you a bit about myself - I absolutely adore playing ball! It's one of my favorite pastimes, and I could spend hours chasing after that bouncy little thing. I'm also a friendly boy, and I get along well with everyone I meet!
Even though I have been around small children in the past (4-years-old) I must admit, sometimes I forget how big I am, and I might accidentally knock over a little one in all my excitement. That's why older kids are recommended for my new family - I want everyone to stay safe and happy!
Road trips are a blast for me! I ride like a champ in the car, and I love going on adventures with my humans. Petting is my ultimate weakness, and I can never get enough of it! I walk well on a leash but pull at times from excitement.
I'm a well-behaved boy who knows "sit" and takes my treats gently - I believe in savoring the delicious moments!
If you're an outdoor enthusiast, I've got some fantastic news for you! I make a fantastic hiking buddy and would love to join you on all your adventures in nature!

Once the pet is with you the foster-to-adopt (FTA) process begins. This is a 30-60 days period where we cover the dogs medical and training.

Sign Adoption Contract
After the FTA period, you are eligible to finalize the adoption. This is when you will pay the adoption fee.

Lucy's Hope Sanctuary & Rescue has a 30 (thirty) to 60 (sixty) day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period that is required. During this period LHSR covers the cost of any training or medical that is needed as well as checks in routinely to make sure that everything is doing well and the new dog is settling into the home nicely.
