One of my absolute favorite things in the world is playing in the backyard. I love running around, playing with my chew toys, and just being a happy-go-lucky guy!
I would enjoy an active family that will spend time exercising me. I'm always up for a good walk or hike. Whether it's a stroll through the neighborhood or a hike around the lake, I'm your go-to companion. The sights, sounds, and smells of the great outdoors are simply irresistible to me.
But what truly makes my tail wag the fastest is being around people. I love, love, love people! I thrive on human companionship and am eager to please, so I'm always ready to learn new tricks and commands if it means I get to spend more time with you.
When I need a little downtime, I've found that my crate is the perfect place to relax and recharge. It's my cozy, safe haven where I can take a break and get some quiet time.
As for other furry friends, cats are out for me. But when it comes to other dogs, I'm pretty easygoing but would recommend slow intros as sometimes new people, places and things make me a little uncertain. (My new foster mom is still getting to know all about me, so she'll help me be the best boy I can!)

We are a foster/volunteer based 501c3 nonprofit dog rescue in Dallas, Texas. Our mission is to reduce the number of homeless pit bull type dogs in shelters and on the streets through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and advocacy.
Our goal is to educate the public about a breed that often falls victim to breed specific legislation, discrimination, and cruelty and promote responsible pet ownership through spay/neuter initiatives, vaccinations, and training resources.
