My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

King is a brave and resilient dog, having been found in a field in a dire state and lovingly nursed back to health by the wonderful Bone Voyage caretaking team. Despite his challenging start, his playful spirit remains unwavering. This friendly and handsome boy has a soulful gaze that captures the hearts of everyone he meets.

With his playful nature and gentle demeanor, King is eager to find a forever home where he can shower his new family with affection and loyalty. His journey is a testament to the transformative power of love and care, and he is now ready to embark on a new chapter filled with joy and companionship.

King is friends to dogs, children and cats alike, playing nanny to several puppies. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a special companion, consider giving King the loving family he truly deserves.

King is fostered near Chapala, MX and can be adopted locally or to parts of the US and Canada.

More about this rescue

Bone Voyage is a non-profit rescue group created to send Mexican dogs north to better homes. We work with the local shelters and with people in the Lake Chapala area that have many street dogs in their care.

We also assist individuals that find street dogs and don’t know what to do with them. We are all volunteers working together to try to minimize the amount of homeless dogs in the area.
