My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Clover had a litter of 6 kittens in an industrial area and was trapped with her kittens and brought inside my home so she could be safe, warm and fed while she tended to her kittens. All of Clover's kittens were adopted to wonderful homes. The plan was to return Clover to her area where she was trapped since she had been outdoors her whole life and had not spent much time around humans.

When it came time to release her back to the industrial area, I just could not bring myself to do it. Once her kittens were gone, she became much more affectionate and social. I transitioned Clover to my backyard where she has been for a few months. She loves pets when I go out and feed her and she lays in a bed by our back door.  I have even gotten the sense that she would like to come inside if given the opportunity. The problem is we cannot bring her in because of our other cats and she has become quite territorial over our backyard which is stressing out our indoor- outdoor cat and we are experiencing some behavioral problems.

I need to find a home for Clover. I do not want to have to return her to the industrial area because it isn't safe but I don't have many options. I would love to find her a home where she can be an outdoor cat (with some shelter) or an indoor-outdoor cat. She is very sweet and has the cutest black spot on her face, just like a beauty mark. The transition would take some effort which I can help with and I can provide a shelter for her when she goes to her new home.

If you are looking for an outdoor cat with the potential of being indoor/ outdoor, Clover is about the cutest ball of fur you could find. She is very soft, petite and talkative and loves to be pet and rub against your legs. If you would like to meet Clover and have the space, please consider adopting Clover. She is up to date on all medical and fixed.
