Scrappy along with his tag along was found roaming the streets by an abandoned home. Scrappy is the white version of scrappy Doo!! LOL! He can be a little shy at meeting new people but warms up quick. He is a short legged dachshund mix that is full of personality! One of the shelter favorites.
