My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elsa is a sweet, playful, and very curious girl. She was found as a 4-month-old stray roaming around a busy street of Mexico. Luckily, a concerned tourist brought her into the shelter.

We are grateful she hasn’t experienced street life for long. She just got a chance to leave the shelter and find a warm spot at a foster home where is waiting for her “forever” person.

Elsa loves attention, playing with toys, and going for walks. Her walking on a leash skills need to improve, but she is a fast learner, so
she just needs to practice.

She has a lot of energy and loves to go play with her foster siblings in the backyard. She can be little shy initially, but she warms up quickly and is then very friendly. She is food motivated too, so it’s easy to get her attention where she responds with wagging tail!

Elsa gets along with other dogs, though when she was cat tested in the shelter, she showed no interest and was even scared of them. The perfect home or apartment must have a secure, fenced-in yard, as Elsa could be a flight risk as she’s still just a puppy.

Since Elsa is still a youngster, she needs to learn good manners and the rules of life. We strongly believe that each puppy should be enrolled in obedience training for continued socialization and learning, and to help create a well-mannered and well-balanced dog.

Whether you’re a family of one or ten, Elsa would make an excellent addition to your life. With her friendly and playful nature, Elsa can be a single dog but also easily join your dog pack.
