Hello, meet Hemi! Hi everyone, my name is Hemi! I am a Lab/Staffordshire mix. I have a beautiful short-haired brown coat and I am roughly 4 years and 8 months old. I currently weigh in at a healthy 46 pounds and I am fully grown. I am a lovebug, comedian, and best friend all wrapp ed into one big bundle of love. Since I am past the puppy stage, I am very well behaved and a joy to have around. I keep my kennel clean and have great manners. I love being with people and they love being with me too! I do still love to play, and my favorite thing to play with is a laser pointer! I will chase after the laser until it is gone! Once I am done playing, my favorite place is to be right by your side. I am a cuddle enthusiast and will even let you pick me up so I can squeeze into your lap. I would be perfect for your low-key movie nights. I like playing with other dogs similar to my size, so if you have another dog, I would love to meet them! My ideal home would be with an active and loving family, and preferably with someone who works from home as I have separation anxiety and I like lots of attention. I would not mind a fur sibling or two! I would need a backyard that is very securely fenced (I have found my way out before - I can chew chain link and so I had a run in with a vehicle).
