Meet Matthew Perry!
He's a cute pint-sized guy who is friendly in his foster home when people come to visit. He enjoys spending time with the other small dogs in the home; however, he would do best in a home without cats. Matthew has some medical challenges including spinal arthritis. He takes medication to ease the pain, does not wear a collar, and does not walk on leash due to the arthritis in his neck. He loves to explore the fenced yard, and due to his medical needs he needs a home with a securely fenced yard since he's housetrained. Matthew is crate trained and uses his crate to transport to places, as he does not like to be picked up. He is also spicy with medical handling and grooming and may need sedation for those things. If you're looking for a sweet and spicy guy who has a few quirks, please come meet Matthew Perry and see how some time and patience can help you bond with your new best friend.
