Meet Phineas!
Phineas is a very energetic small/medium-sized pup. He was previously adopted from God's Dogs when he was 3 months old, but recently returned through no fault of his own.
Phineas is a goofy guy: he smiles & makes "air chomps, when he is happy or while playing with a canine buddy. He is also a water baby! He loves jumping into the baby swimming pool & attempting to dig out the water in between breaks for zoomies & wrestling. Because of confidence issues and a high play drive, he must have a canine companion.
He is crate trained, and requires crating for meals & high-value treats.
With his great looks, sweet/derpy demeanor, and love for people of all ages, dogs, & cats, Phineas is a great addition for an active household!

Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX)
Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
