Meet Dutchess!

Heartworm status: negative is on the proheart 12 injection. Protected until may 2024.

She does wonderful with other dogs. She would love a dog to match her energy as a playmate. She was great with children in her last foster home.

Dutchess was found in May of 2022. She was chipped and after several weeks owner was found. Unfortunately, they couldn’t take her back at that time. In May 2023 she was adopted, we had hope it was a forever home but that wasn’t the case. They contacted the previous foster and said they were moving and couldn’t take her. Dutchess was then found a day later by a sweet person who had her scanned. Thankfully she was returned to a CTLAFP foster and we are now praying the forever home she deserves will see this.

Dutchess is AMAZING. She is so friendly and loving. She wants to be with you at all times and will make someone the best companion. She would love to be your running partner and then lay on the bed with you and watch your favorite movie. She does use a crate and is house trained. She will chew if she is bored or left to her self for to long. Will do best with a family who is home often and will give her the love and activity she needs. She is a wonderful dog who has not gotten her fair share from this life yet.
She is such a gentle girl. When given treats she takes them from your hand so sweetly. She wants love and food all the time :)
