My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bailey and her two companions were suddenly abandoned when their owners moved out west. They had been living in an outdoor kennel all their lives and had been profoundly neglected. AC ARF learned about the situation and quickly moved to get them out of their squalid environment, bathed and vetted. Two wonderful families stepped up to temporarily foster the dogs while a permanent home is found and where each will blossom and live the lives they deserve. Considering their very limited background, it is amazing that these dogs are house trained! Smart pups!

Bailey, the youngest at 2 years old is a little timid when she meets someone, but warms up quickly and she was in her foster mom’s lap snuggling the first night. She is the sweetest girl. She grew up with dogs and a cat, is accustomed to children, and will be a great companion for her special person(s). A Boston terrier/feist mix, Bailey weighs 36 pounds, is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. She is ready for a real home.
