A staff & volunteer favorite, Freckles is a mostly-mellow couch potato who walks well on the leash and tries very hard to keep her kennel clean. She is crate-trained and has excellent manners in the house.
While Freckles can be a bit persnickety about her pals, she does have a few canine buds! But ya know what? It's okay to protect yourself with a good inner circle.
Meet Freckles any time during business hours Mon-Sat 11AM to 5PM or Wednesdays 11AM-6PM!

Partners for Pets is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue located in Troy, IL. Since our opening in 2003, Partners for Pets has rescued and re-homed over 21,000 cats and dogs, who would have otherwise been euthanized in local area animal control facilities. Partners for Pets works diligently to help local area animal control facilities reach no-kill status by opening our doors to the neglected, sick, weak, and injured. No matter their chances of survival, we do everything in our power to give these animals a second chance at life-a life that is full of the love, care, and compassion that they were lacking before.
