Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Unfortunately, we are having to rehome our sweet golden-mix rescue because of allergies. Lady has been in our home for about 6 weeks and has really come out of her shell. She is housebroken and crate-trained. My husband works from home, so Lady loves his regular company. In our home, she is often calm and lounging around and asking for pets and belly rubs. When someone comes to the door, they are sure to be greeted by barking and jumping. Lady loves going on long walks. She is so excited to see other dogs that she often begins to bark and jump when another dog is spotted. We are trying to work with her on this, but she can definitely use some formal training. We took her to What A Great Dog for a training evaluation, and they suggested private lessons until she can calm down around other dogs. Lady gets along with the other dogs at daycare, but currently rules the roost alone in our home without any other pets. We would not suggest that she is around young children until fully trained.
